Kent & Medway x The Purpose Coalition

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT) was proud to welcome Rt Hon Anne Milton, Engagement Director at The Purpose Coalition, to officially launch a new report showcasing their journey in improving conditions and tackling health inequalities in our local communities.

Developed in partnership with The Purpose Coalition, the report maps KMPT's work against the Purpose Goals, evaluating their impact on patients, staff, and the wider community. It highlights key social factors—employment, education, equality, and diversity—that drive social mobility and opportunity, while also providing recommendations for future progress.

With over 120 staff joining online, the launch event sparked powerful discussions on how KMPT is breaking down barriers, enhancing mental health services, and creating long-term, sustainable change across Kent and Medway.
