Rhiannon Carss, Communications Director at Curtins, speaking at the launch, said: “This report highlights not only the progress Curtins has made but also the urgent need for systemic change across the wider industry. Our recommendation to address menstrual health and women’s equity within the construction industry is a call to action for policymakers. By embedding menstrual health provisions into industry health and safety standards and championing inclusive policies, we can challenge outdated norms and create workplaces that truly reflect modern needs. We urge policymakers and industry leaders to collaborate on setting clear standards that reduce stigma, support wellbeing, and enable women to thrive in every sector.”

This report not only highlights Curtins’ achievements but also sets a benchmark for other organisations looking to embed purpose into their operations. As Curtins continues to drive impactful change, this partnership with The Purpose Coalition underscores the power of business as a force for good.
