Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT) today launched a Levelling Up Impact Report in partnership with the Purpose Coalition which assesses where it is delivering a positive social impact and identifies where it can go even further.

The Trust is an integral part of the health and care system in Hertfordshire, West Essex, and parts of East England. It delivers community-based healthcare services to more than 1.2 million people in Hertfordshire and beyond, extending also to neighbouring areas of Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes. It provides care in people’s homes, care homes, clinics and community hospitals and also runs the Minor Injuries Unit at Herts and Essex hospital in Bishop’s Stortford.

The Purpose Coalition

The Purpose Coalition brings together the UK's most innovative leaders, Parliamentarians and businesses to improve, share best practice, and develop solutions for improving the role that organisations can play for their customers, colleagues and communities by boosting opportunity and social mobility.
